Hull
The hull is made using a stable sandwich construction made of glass-fibre reinforced polyester with Divinycell foam. All laminates are hand-laid. The standard hull comes in white with a wide, single boot-top in grey. In the keel area, a galvanised steel frame for the keel suspension is also firmly laminated in.
Deck
The deck is also made using a stable sandwich construction with an inserted anti-slip structure on the tread surfaces and the deckhouse roof. The anti slip structure on the deck is grey.
Keel and rudder
The keel is a 1.80 m deep fixed keel with a ballast bulb. The ballast bulb is made of lead and the keel shaft consists of polyester concrete. The ballast bomb is 2.20 m long, 20 cm high and 35 cm wide. This results in a higher level of efficiency. The entire keel weighs 1,000 kg. Optionally, we can equip the boat with a keel that is 1.65 m deep. A hydraulic lifting keel from Speedwave, with a variable draught of 1.25 m to 1.75 m is available as an accessory at additional cost. The hydraulic lifting facility is fully integrated in the keel. This means that there is no keel box in the cabin, freeing up space for other use. The keel is operated using an electro-hydraulic mechanism.
The elliptical balance rudder is equipped with a 40 mm Niro rudder shaft and has a depth of 1.45 m. An autopilot, which is entirely invisible from the outside, is installed below deck, directly at the rudder shaft, and it can take over steering through the press of a button.
Engine
The DIAMANT*** is delivered with a 10 hp two cylinder diesel engine with closed cooling (Nanni 2.10 diesel) as standard. The engine is shaft driven and has a Gori folding propeller and fulfils the relevant emission regulations for inland waters, including Lake Constance. The starter motor for the engine provides 12 Volt and 75 AH. The diesel tank holds approx. 30 litres and is located in the port locker. The switch is located in the cockpit and is by Spinlock with a removable lever as standard, and the diesel tank gauge can be found next to the engine electrical panel. Optionally available: Kräutler electric motor with 4.40 kW, 48 Volt with 4 batteries with 120 AH each, including a 240 Volt shore-side electrical installation with a FI circuit breaker, a battery charger and a 12 Volt converter for the 12 Volt on-board power supply.
